Our next beginners courses start 12th September. Classes are 10 weeks and all equipment is provided.
Please wear trainers and tracksuit or jogging bottoms or leggings. No shorts! You may want to bring along a towel and a water bottle.
All our coaches are DBS checked.
5.30pm – 8-13 year olds only
6.30pm – 14 years old and above, no upper age
Cost is £40 for under 18’s, £50 for 18 and over.
